摘要
在相对湿度75%,不同温度(15、18、21和24℃)条件下,对墓地栅蚤蝇D.funebris(Meigen)幼虫发育历期及体长变化进行研究.结果表明:墓地栅蚤蝇幼虫的发育历期随着温度升高而缩短;取食期间幼虫体长不断增长,24℃时体长最大值为(4.81±0.18)mm,幼虫体长与发育时间呈二次曲线关系.
Under the conditions of 75%relative humidity and different temperatures(15,18,21,24℃),the developmental period and body length of the larvae of D.funebris(Meigen)were studied.The results show that the developmental duration of larval of D.funebris(Meigen)is shortened as the temperature rises.The larvae's body length increases continuously during feeding stage,and the maximum body length is(4.81±0.18)mm at 24℃.The larvae's body length has a quadratic curve relationship with the development time.
