On the Wisdom in Nicmarkan Ethics

亚里士多德在《尼各马可伦理学》一书中,对"善""幸福""德性""友爱"等给出了一系列定义。这些定义虽然与现代相隔甚远,但仍存在着现世意义,实属瑰宝。亚里士多德认为:"善"是人们在做其他每件事时所追求的那个东西;"幸福"是指人们追求幸福之道,即找寻到人生的意义,使每一天的生活过得充实且有价值;所谓"德性",即培养适度的心理;至于"友爱",他认为,唯有基于善的友爱才能永久。

Aristotle gave a series of definitions of"goodness","happiness","Virtue"and"fraternity"in the book of Nicmarkan Ethics.Although these definitions are far away from modern times,they still have current significance and are indeed treasures.Aristotle believed that"good"is the thing that people pursue when they do everything else;"happiness"refers to the way that people pursue happiness,that is,to find the meaning of life and make every day’s life full and valuable;the so-called"Virtue"means to cultivate moderate psychology;as for"friendship",he believed that only friendship based on good can last forever.
