摘要
目前,地理国情监测数据质量检查主要以人工和简单的人机交互检查为主,效率低下、检查程序不规范,因此,本文提出地理国情监测数据自动化检查解决方法,采用面向对象的软件开发方法,进行了地理国情监测数据自动化检查系统的体系结构与功能模块设计,并对数据管理模块、自动化检查模块和结果管理模块三大功能模块进行详细设计,实现了数据模版、算子库、质检方案库等自动化检查系统关键技术。已在2017年基础性地理国情监测辽宁省任务区等多个项目中得到成功应用。
Currently,the quality inspection of geographical national condition monitoring data is mainly based on manual and simple human-computer interactive inspections. The efficiency is low,the inspection procedures are not standardized,and the reliability of the results is not high. The database template contains the correct data organization structure,spatial reference system,and attribute values for the data to be examined. In order to solve the problem that the quality inspection system is difficult to implement due to the different data organization structure,in this study,the quality inspection solution database contains all quality inspection rules for the data to be inspected,and the user can implement different inspection items by modifying the inspection parameters in the database.Operator library includes inspection rule functions and algorithms involved in the inspection process. Data templates,operator libraries,and quality control plan libraries were designed. The national geographic condition monitoring data automated inspection system has been successfully applied in the monitoring of basic geographical conditions in Liaoning province in 2017.
