多渠道国际技术溢出对区域创新能力的影响研究——基于制度环境视角

Research on the Impact of Multi-channel International Technology Spillover on Regional Innovation Capacity——Based on the Perspective of Institutional Environment

本文基于2006~2018年中国省际面板数据,以基准模型检验多渠道国际技术溢出及制度环境优化对区域创新能力的促进作用,并构建动态门限面板模型,验证在制度环境门槛下FDI、OFDI、对外贸易对区域创新能力的非线性作用。结果显示,3种国际技术溢出均存在显著的制度环境门槛效应,随着制度环境进入更高的门槛区间,FDI、OFDI、对外贸易对区域创新能力的促进作用显著增强。脉冲响应函数结果表明,长期内3种国际技术溢出对区域创新能力主要表现为正向的冲击作用,其中对外贸易对区域创新能力的冲击系数持续为正且延续性较强,表明长期内对外贸易是我国通过国际技术溢出提升区域创新能力的最佳方式。

Based on China's inter provincial panel data from 2006 to 2018,firstly,the benchmark model is used to test the promotion effect of multi-channel international technology spillover and institutional environment optimization on regional innovation capability.Secondly,a dynamic threshold panel model is constructed to verify the nonlinear effect of FDI,OFDI and foreign trade on regional innovation capability under the institutional environment threshold.The results show that there is a significant threshold effect of institutional environment in the three kinds of international technology spillovers.With the institutional environment entering a higher threshold,FDI,OFDI and foreign trade play a significant role in promoting regional innovation capacity.The results of impulse response function show that three kinds of international technology spillovers have a positive impact on regional innovation capability in the long term,and the impact coefficient of foreign trade on regional innovation capability is positive and continuous,which indicates that long-term foreign trade is the best way for China to enhance regional innovation capability through international technology spillovers.
