基于API579-1的Omega蠕变寿命评估

摘要 阐述API579-1对不含缺陷的构件蠕变寿命的两种评定过程,按易于实施的Omega方法对某加氢反应器侧壁卸料管进行蠕变寿命分析,结果表明该卸料管结构符合规范要求。该过程可为今后的工程应用提供参考。 The paper presents two procedures in API579-1 to assess the creep life of defect-free components.Among them,more feasible Omega procedure was used to analyze the creep life of the dump nozzle of a hydrogen reactor.The result proves the structure meets the requirement of the code.The process can be referenced for future engineering application.
