通过性能对比,提出高度集成的反应堆压力容器主螺栓螺母自动化立式清洗机的最佳方案。该主螺栓螺母清洗机只需一次吊装即可完成螺母的全自动装卸,螺栓、螺母的清洗、风干、机器视觉检查及螺栓上油功能。基本原理是采用C形吊具将螺栓垂直吊入,通过主螺栓驱动机构,螺母升降机构主动滑块和被动滑块的配合实现螺母全自动装卸,螺母装卸功能采用螺栓旋转螺母随动的原理,主动滑块跟随机制,可保证螺纹不受损伤。通过离心式螺母清洗刷及螺母升降机构的配合实现螺母清洗,通过旋转滚刷组件靠拢旋转主螺栓实现主螺栓清洗,由基于线阵工业相机的图像采集组件和螺栓运动控制组件实现螺纹机器视觉检测,并生成螺纹展开图。通过一系列试验验证证明该清洗机安全可靠、清洗效果好、效率高、产生的放射性废物少,占地面积小。该设备已经在核电现场成功应用,能充分满足反应堆压力容器主螺栓螺母清洗维护需求。

The paper proposes an optimum highly integrated automatic vertical RPV stud and nut cleaning machine that can,with one lifting operation,perform fully automatic handling,cleaning,air drying and visual inspection of studs and nuts as well as oiling of studs.A C-shaped lifting rig puts studs into the position vertically.The fully automatic handling of nuts is realized through the engagement between the active and passive pulley blocks of the nut lifting mechanism by actuation of the stud drive mechanism.Rotating studs brings nuts to move accordingly and the active pulley block follows up,which protects the threads on studs and nuts from being damaged.The centrifugal cleaning brush and nut lifting mechanism serve to clean nuts.The roller bush can come closer to and touch a rotating stud for cleaning.The image acquisition module with industrial cameras and stud movement controller work together to inspect the threads on studs and nuts visually and generate thread development diagrams.A series of trials prove that the cleaning machine features high safety,excellent cleaning function,high efficiency,low radioactive waste discharge and small occupied space.The machine has served in nuclear power stations successfully and can meet the cleaning requirement for RPV studs and nuts.
