摘要
学术评价活动中有学术权威的存在,学术权威的产生既与学者自身的学术勤奋有关系,也与学科分化背景下的学派权威以及行政权威向学术权威的转化有着密切关系。在大学学术评价活动中过分强调学术权威,会导致学术评价的异化现象。为推动大学教师学术评价的健康可持续发展,应建立以分科为基础的学术评价体系,要不断完善校院两级学术委员会,要正确赋权给二级学院学术委员会,要开展基于学术共同体的大学教师学术评价活动。
The academic authority emerges during academic evaluation,which may be related to the diligence of the scholars and the transition from school authority and administrative authority to academic authority in the context of discipline differentiation.The overemphasis on academic authority in university academic evaluations may lead to alienation of them.An academic evaluation system based on differentiated disciplines should be set up to promote the healthy and sustainable development of academic evaluation of university teachers.Besides,it is necessary to continuously improve the academic committees at the two levels of university and colleges,to properly empower the academic committees of the secondary colleges,and to conduct academic evaluation activities of university teachers based on academic communities.
