早春时节,地处浙西南山区的松阳,乍暖还寒。10多万人吃饭的生计——茶产业,在原本是一个充满希望的春天里,却遭受了两个不速之客的袭扰。每年春天,茶农最害怕、最不欢迎的"倒春寒",还是在2月中旬不请自来。从北方一路奔袭而来的冷风,冻得娇嫩的茶叶瑟瑟发抖,冷得十万松阳茶人内心打了个寒颤。好在这波冷空气三天就过去了,这算幸运的,没有造成大的损失。
As soon as the Covid-19 outbreak began to ease in the middle of February in Songyang,the county government took action to have the tea industry resume production.Now the government is looking at strategic measures that can help the tea industry recover rapidly from the onslaught of the pandemic.Two articles in this issue examine the measures and plans.
