一方水土一方人,一方山水一方茶。杭州产茶古已有之,唐代《茶经》就有杭州天竺、灵隐二寺产茶的记载。龙井茶之名始于宋,闻于元,扬于明,盛于清,在这一千多年的历史中,经历了从无名到有名的过程。
In this issue,we look at West Lake Dragon Well Tea and try to understand its characteristics,cultural contents,and value for tourism development.Then we examine how West Lake Dragon Well Tea is cultivated,produced and brewed.Last but not least,we try to talk about the best way to buy,brew and store the tea.
