摘要
2019年12月,湖北武汉突发新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情。随着疫情的进展,医院门诊作为就诊最集中的场所成为防控任务的重点区域,文章总结了COVID-19突发期间某综合医院门诊基于“零感染”管理目标的防控管理实践,通过高度重视、统一领导,科学管理患者流,PDCA、标准化防控管理等举施,确保医院门诊工作的良好运行,为全面应对突发疫情提供保障。
In December 2019,a new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreak broke out in Wuhan,Hubei province,China.As the outbreak progresses,the hospital outpatient has become the key area of the prevention and control task as the most concentrated place for medical treatment.This paper summarized the practice of prevention and control management based on the management goal of“zero infection”in the outpatient department of a general hospital during COVID-19 emergency.Through the following measures,such as attaching great importance to outbreak and unifying leadership,scientific management of outpatient patient flow,PDCA,standardized control management,etc.So as to ensure the good operation of the hospital outpatient service and provide a guarantee for the comprehensive response to the outbreak of infection.
