青海医疗联合体体系建设研究--以青海省人民医院医联体建设为例

Study on the construction of qinghai medical system--Take the construction of medical treatment combination of qinghai provincial people’s hospital as an example

目的有利于解决青海省医疗资源分布不均匀的现象,有助于引导患者有序就医,从而便捷省内患者就医,建设有序型就医新理念。方法通过采用实证研究法、文献研究法及结构访问法进行研究。结果区域医联体建设,可有效推动优质医疗资源下沉,能够有效缓解群众"看病远"、"看病贵"和"看病难"的问题。结论建立形成利益共分享、责任共担当、事业共发展、技术共提高的紧密型医联体。

Objective It is conducive to balance the distribution of medical resources in Qinghai Province,facilitating patients in orderly medical treatment,so that the patients in the province can be easily treated and a new concept of orderly medical treatment can be built. Methods The main methods of this paper are empirical research,literature research and structured interview. Results The construction of regional medical treatment combination can effectively promote the popularization of high-quality medical resources and alleviate the problem with long distance,high cost and difficulty of getting medical services. Conclusion is helpful and promoted to builda closely connected medical treatment combination on the basis of benefits sharing,responsibilities sharing,joint development and common technology enhancement for the development of Qinghai Province public health.
