Exploration on the mode of co-construction of party branch in public hospitals

探索新形势下党支部组织生活存在的主要问题,从临床党支部与行政后勤党支部共建、教师党支部与学生党支部共建、在职党支部与离退休党支部共建、医院党支部与医联体医院党支部的共建四个方面提出公立医院党支部组织生活的创新方式,有效提升党支部凝聚力及促进公立医院医、教、研协同发展,为人民群众提供满意的医疗服务。

This paper studies the co construction mode of the Party branch in public hospitals,explores the main problems existing in the life of the Party branch under the new situation,and puts forward the co construction of the Party branch in public hospitals from four aspects:the co construction of the clinical Party branch and the administrative logistics Party branch;the co-construction of the teacher Party branch and the student Party branch;the co-construction of the in-service Party branch and the retired Party branch,and the co-construction of the hospital Party branch and the Medical Union Hospital Party branch.The active and innovative way can improve the cohesion of the Party branch,effectively promote the coordinated development of medical,teaching and research in public hospitals,and provide the people with satisfactory medical services.
