新形势下县级公立医院绩效工资改革的难点与对策 被引量:6

摘要 员工的工资绩效评估和管理是否科学合理,不仅影响医院员工的工作表现和态度,还能够决定公立医院管理过程中的效率。如何解决县级公立医院绩效工资中薪酬分配模式单一,工资绩效管理机制缺乏,政府财政支持力不足,绩效考核信息平台搭建不完善等问题,是当前县级公立医院改革的重要环节。笔者从科学核定员工绩效工资,建立完善绩效管理机制,优化财政相关补偿方式,加强绩效工资信息平台建设等方面作出探讨。 Whether the salary performance evaluation and management of employees are scientific and reasonable not only affects the work performance and attitude of hospital employees,but also determines the efficiency in the management process of public hospitals.How to solve the problems of single salary distribution mode,lack of salary performance management mechanism,insufficient government financial support and imperfect performance evaluation information platform in county-level public hospitals is an important link in the current reform of county-level public hospitals.The author makes a discussion from the following aspects:scientifically verifying employee performance salary,establishing and perfecting performance management mechanism,optimizing financial compensation methods,and strengthening the construction of performance salary information platform.
