目的研究分析医院应急管理基本流程。方法通过预防、准备、应对、恢复、提高等基本流程系统建设高效性应急管理,针对现阶段医院应急管理的不足,提出改进对策及意见。结果依照国家相关标准建立医院应急管理体系,成立医院应急办公室。明确各级分工、完善制定医院操作性强的应急预案,操控执行各类模拟演练,加强专业人员培训,综合管理应急资源储备。结论通过完善标准化应急管理流程可以提高医疗机构对突发事件的精准应急能力,使其平稳有序地进行其医疗活动,最终提高医院对突发事件的应急管理能力,在实践中取得良好成效,为应对突发事件提供保障。
