欣母沛联合不同止血方式对剖宫产出血情况及母婴结局的影响

The effect of xinmupei combined with different surgical hemostasis methods on hemorrhage and maternal and infant outcomes of cesarean section pregnant women

目的分析欣母沛联合纱布填塞或B-Lynch缝合对剖宫产产后出血的影响。方法选取2016年5月-2019年5月行剖宫产手术具有出血危险的产妇54例,按照1∶1原则随机为研究组和对照组,各27例。对照组予以欣母沛联合纱布填塞治疗,研究组予以欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合治疗。记录两组宫缩乏力治疗疗效、出血指标及术后母婴结局及并发症。结果两组宫缩乏力治疗有效率相比差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组术中出血量及产后出血量均显著降低(P<0.01),且研究组术后血红蛋白下降值显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组母婴结局相比无差异(P>0.05),但研究组并发症率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论欣母沛联合不同止血方式均可改善患者产后出血症状,且母婴结局良好,欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合效果及安全性更突出。

Objective To observe the effect of Xinmupei combined with gauze packing or B-Lynch suture on postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women undergoing cesarean section.Methods 54 parturients with bleeding risk who underwent cesarean section from May 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the principle of 1∶1,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xinmupei combined with gauze packing,while the study group was treated with Xinmupei combined with B-Lynch suture.The therapeutic effect,hemorrhage index,maternal and infant outcomes and complications of uterine atony were recorded.Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 55.6%,while that in the study group was 88.9%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the amount of intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was significantly lower(P<0.01),and the hemoglobin decrease in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in Apgar score and hysterectomy rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinmupei combined with B-Lynch suture can improve the symptoms of postpartum hemorrhage,and the outcome of mother and infant is good.The effect of Xinmupei combined with B-Lynch suture is better and the incidence of complications is lower.
