强筋壮骨方治疗肝肾瘀滞型膝骨性关节炎的疗效及对hs-CRP、IL-1β、NO水平的影响

目的研究强筋壮骨方治疗肝肾瘀滞型膝骨性关节炎的疗效及对膝关节液超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法选择2017年1月-2019年2月收治的肝肾瘀滞型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者96例,依据入院前后顺序随机分成对照组(48例)与观察组(48例)。对照组予以西医常规法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以强筋壮骨方口服治疗,两组患者持续治疗4周。观察记录两组关节临床症状评分,检测并比较两组患者膝关节液hs-CRP、IL-1β、NO水平,对比两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果经治疗后,观察组关节临床症状评分情况(包括关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节压痛、关节活动功能障碍及行走20 m所需时间)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者膝关节液hs-CRP、IL-1β、NO水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗临床总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组(70.88%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用强筋壮骨方治疗肝肾瘀滞型膝骨性关节炎具有确切的临床效果,有助于降低患者膝关节液hs-CRP、IL-1β、NO水平,促进患者恢复,具有重要临床价值。

Objective To study the efficacy of Qiangqiang Zhuanggu Recipe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney and its effect on the levels of hs-CRP,IL-1βand NO in knee synovial fluid.Methods Ninety-six patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group according to the order of admission(example).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation group was treated with gluten and strong bone on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were observed and observed.The levels of hs-CRP,IL-1βand NO in the knee joint fluid of the two groups were detected and compared.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group(including joint swelling,joint pain,joint tenderness,joint movement dysfunction,and time required to walk for 20 m)was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the patient’s knee joint fluid after treatment The levels of hs-CRP,IL-1β,and NO were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.88%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Qiangjin Zhuanggu Recipe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney stagnation type has exact clinical effects,helps to reduce the level of hs-CRP,IL-1β,NO in patients’knee joint fluid,promotes patient recovery and has important clinical value.
