基于集对分析组合赋权的社会发展评价模型及实证

Social Development Evaluation Model and Demonstration Based on Set-pair Analysis Combination Empowerment

文章在对主观赋权的三角模糊法以及客观赋权的熵值法、标准离差贡献率法、变异系数法这组合赋权评价模型并选取了内蒙古4种评价方法集对分析的基础上,建立了法的优势,克服了主观评价法易造1成2个盟市为研究样本进行了实证分析。在集对分析中融合了主客观评价方评价结果偏离客观实际以及客观评价法无法体现专家意见的双向弊端。根据特定盟市在各个名次下的隶属程度来确定特定盟市的最终排名次序,解决了不同单项评价方法对特定盟市排名不一致、评价结果难统一的问题。

Based on the set-pair analysis of subjectively weighting triangle fuzzy method and the four objectively weighting methods as entropy weight, standard deviation contribution rate and the variation coefficient, this paper establishes a combined weighting evaluation model and selects 12 Inner Mongolia cities as research samples for empirical analysis. In the set-pair analysis, the paper combines the advantages of subjective and objective evaluation methods, and overcomes the disadvantages that the subjective evaluation method is liable to cause the evaluation result to deviate from the objective reality and the objective evaluation method cannot reflect the experts’ opinion. Finally, according to the specific prefecture-level cities’ degree of subordination under each ranking, the paper determines the final ranking order of a specific prefecture-level city, which solves the problem that different individual evaluation methods are inconsistent in ranking a specific prefecture-level city and evaluation results are difficult to be unified.
