摘要
文章测算了资源环境约束下275个城市的全要素生产率ML指数,将其分解为效率指数和技术指数,并构建空间动态SDM模型,将"合理化"和"高级化"作为产业结构的两个方面,考察其对全要素生产率影响的作用机制。结果表明:全国层面,"合理化"短期内通过要素流动产生的"静态转移效应"促使全要素生产率提升;"高级化"则约束了效率和技术水平的提升,阻碍全要素生产率增长,约束作用不断"衰减"。分阶段来看,"合理化"未发现有显著效应,"高级化"效应存在"阶段异质性"。全要素生产率、效率和技术均存在时间上的连续性和正向的"空间溢出效应"。
This paper calculates the total factor productivity(TFP) ML index of 275 cities under the constraint of resources and environment, decomposing it into efficiency index and technology index to construct the spatial dynamic SDM model. And then the paper takes "rationalization" and "advanced" as two aspects of the industrial structure, and investigates its effect mechanism on TFP. The results show that at the national level, the "rationalization" promotes the improvement of TFP in the short term through the "static transfer effect" generated by factor flow;the "advanced" constrains the elevation of efficiency and technology level, and hinders TFP growth, with the restriction effect continuously attenuated. In stages, the "rationalization" has no significant effect, and the "advanced" effect has "stage heterogeneity". Total factor productivity, efficiency and technology all have temporal continuity and positive "spatial spillover effect".
