四妙勇安汤辅助西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮肾炎疗效观察

Observation of Effect of Decoction of Four Wonderful Drugs for Quick Restoration of Health Assisting Western Medicine on Lupus Nephritis

目的:观察四妙勇安汤辅助西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月在本院就诊的系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者90例。将90例患者随机分为对照组与观察组各45例,对照组采用常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用四妙勇安汤治疗,日1剂,分早晚2次服用。两组均以4周为1个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为82.22%,观察组有效率为95.56%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血尿酸(blood uric acid,BUA)及血清肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)水平与治疗前比较均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后微球蛋白水平与治疗前比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为13.33%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤辅助西药治疗系统性红斑狼疮肾炎可以改善患者症状,改善肾功能,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Four Wonderful Drugs for Quick Restoration of Health assisting Western medicine on Lupus Nephritis(LN).Methods:A total of 90 patients with LN who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The observation group was additionally treated with Decoction of Four Wonderful Drugs for Quick Restoration of Health on the basis of the treatment of the control group,one dose a day,twice taken in the morning and evening respectively.Both groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment and received 3 courses of continuous treatment.Results:The effective rate was 82.22%in the control group and 95.56%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in TCM syndrome score between before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in it between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood uric acid(BUA)and serum creatine(SCR)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences in the above indexes were also statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of microglobulin in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant;and the difference in the level was also statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%in the control group and 6.67%in the observation group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Decoction of Four Wonderful Drugs for Quick Restoration of Health assisting Western medicine has a remarkable efficacy on LN,can improve the symptoms and renal function,of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions.
