Current Situation of Treatment of Thoracodorsal Myofascitis with Chinese and Western Medicine

胸背部肌筋膜炎的治疗主要分为中医治疗和西医治疗。中医治疗主要包括中药治疗、针灸治疗、针刀治疗、手法治疗;西医治疗主要采用非甾体类抗炎类药、镇痛药、肌肉松弛药、苯二氮卓类药等。目前,在该病治疗上没有统一的疗效评价标准,无法直观地将其量化;研究者重点研究其临床疗效,对其作用机理的研究不足。今后,需进一步研究该病治愈的理论依据,使治疗方案规范化、高效化。

The treatment of thoracodorsal myofascitis is mainly divided into Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Chinese medicine treatment mainly includes TCM treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,acupotomy treatment and manipulation treatment.While Western medicine treatment mainly uses non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,analgesic drugs,muscle relaxant drugs,benzodiazepine drugs,etc.At present,there is no unified evaluation standard of curative effect in the treatment of the disease,which cannot be directly quantified;researchers focus on the clinical curative effect,and lack of research on its mechanism.In the future,it is necessary to further study the theoretical basis for the cure of the disease,so that the treatment scheme can be standardized and efficient.
