摘要
铁路桥梁主体结构通常牢固可靠,附属设施往往显得薄弱,尤其是人行结构如T梁人行道和墩台吊篮,其结构强度与步行板的安全性较弱。通过在钢支架之间增设托盘框架,横向铺设整体式挡砟人行道板,创新设计了新型人行道结构,提高了人行结构的安全性、可靠性和耐久性,并在上海局集团有限公司管内普速铁路和高速铁路桥梁中得到了应用。建议新型人行道板采用复合橡胶板、普速铁路桥梁墩台采用混凝土板,高速铁路桥梁墩台采用多元合金共渗花纹钢板。
The main structure of railway bridge is usually firm and reliable,and the auxiliary facilities are often weak,especially the pedestrian structure,such as T-beam pedestrian and pier basket,whose structural strength and safety of walking board are weak.Through adding tray frame between steel supports and laying integral ballast retaining pedestrian slab transversely,a new type of pedestrian structure is innovatively designed to improve its safety,reliability and durability,and has been applied in the common speed railway bridge and high speed railway in Shanghai Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.It is suggested that composite rubber slab be used for new pedestrian slab,concrete slab be used for common railway bridge piers,and multi-element alloy infiltrated checkered steel plate be used for high speed railway bridge piers.
