摘要
以沪宁(上海-南京)城际高速铁路为依托,对无砟轨道底座与基床顶面间翻浆问题展开了现场调研分析。对翻浆过程进行理论分析和室内模拟试验,研究基床表层级配碎石翻浆机理。结果表明:离缝是引起翻浆病害的主要条件;外界水分渗入离缝且无法及时排除,是翻浆病害的诱因;列车通过时荷载对离缝内水分产生的抽吸作用导致翻浆问题。
Based on the Shanghai-Nanjing intercity high speed railway,field investigation and analysis of the problem of mud pumping between the base of ballastless track and the top surface of subgrade were maked. Both theoretical analysis and laboratory simulation experiments were carried out to study the mechanism of the mud pumping of graded gravel on the surface of the subgrade. The results show that the off-joint is the main condition to cause mud pumping disease. The external moisture seeps into the off-joint and cannot be eliminated in time,which is the inducement of mud pumping disease. The suction effect of the load on the moisture in the off-joint when the train passes leads to the mud pumping problem.
