摘要
煤粉侵入会加快有砟道床板结,大幅增加运营维护成本。有砟道床表层胶结封闭技术可有效解决因煤粉侵入导致的有砟道床板结问题。采取小颗粒石子铺设与道床表层胶结相结合的方式实现了有砟道床的高效封闭,且排水功能良好。为满足天窗期养护维修要求,采用喷涂强度与柔顺性相匹配的快速固化聚氨酯使道床表层胶结。经在朔黄铁路40 m长试验段验证,道床表层胶结封闭技术的防煤粉侵入效果良好。
The invasion of pulverized coal will speed up the ballasted bed hardening and greatly increase the operation and maintenance costs.The cementing and sealing technology of ballast bed surface layer can effectively solve the problem of ballast bed hardening caused by the invasion of pulverized coal.The high-efficient closure of ballast bed is realized by the combination of small particle stone laying and cementation of ballast bed surface layer,and the drainage function is good.In order to meet the maintenance requirements of skylight period,the surface layer of ballast bed is cemented by fast curing polyurethane matching the spraying strength and flexibility.It has been verified in the 40 m long test section of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang Railway that the cementing and sealing technology on the surface layer of the ballast bed has a good effect on preventing the invasion of pulverized coal.
