心力衰竭器械治疗新进展

New advances in device therapy for heart failure

心力衰竭是心内科治疗学上的难题,药物治疗疗效仍有较大局限性,而心脏移植存在供体少、等待时间长、排异反应大等问题。心力衰竭的器械治疗是极为重要的治疗措施。近年来,心力衰竭器械治疗不断有新的进展,目前的器械主要包括心脏除颤器械、心脏再同步化治疗器械、心肌收缩力调节器械、神经刺激治疗器械4大类,文章逐一进行简要综述。

Heart failure is a difficult problem in the treatment of cardiology,and the therapeutic effect of drugs is still limited.However,there are many problems in heart transplantation,such as fewer donors,long waiting time,and large rejection response.The device treatment for heart failure is a very important treatment.In recent years,there has been new progresses in the device treatment of heart failure.At present,there are four kinds of device therapy method,including cardiac defibrillator,cardiac resynchronization therapy device,cardiac contractility modulation device,nerve stimulation therapy device.This paper will give a brief overview of the above devices.
