智能变电站的二次智能化设备检验中,特有逻辑的校验时间占很大的比重,缩短特有逻辑的校验时间是缩短停电检修时间、保证电网供电可靠性的重要任务。介绍了一种智能变电站二次设备特有逻辑校验软件,将智能变电站二次设备重新分类,采用问答表和循环判断的方法,根据试验情况自动判定结果的正确性,自动生成标准试验报告。经现场调试、测试并应用于漳州地区电网实际生产中,证明能够有效缩短特有逻辑校验时间,减少停电时间,产生效益。

The verification time of special logic accounts for a large proportion in the secondary intelligent equipment overhaul of intelligent substation.To shorten the verification time of special logic is an important task to reduce the power outage overhaul time and ensure the reliability of power supply.A special logic verification software for secondary equipment of intelligent substation was introduced.The smart station secondary equipment was reclassified.The question and answer table and circular judgment method was adopted.The correctness of the final results can be automatically determined by the test situation,and the standard test reports were generated.Through on-site commissioning,testing and application in actual production of the power grid in Zhangzhou,it proves that it can effectively shorten the special logic checking time,reduce power outage time and generate benefits.
