全国各地区新型冠状病毒肺炎中医防治方案分析

Analysis of TCM Prevention and Treatment Schemes for COVID-19 in Various Regions of China

通过汇总全国各省、直辖市、自治区公布的预防、治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)的中药处方,发现全国各地区大多采用玉屏风散加减预防COVID-19,主要使用的中药为金银花、黄芪、藿香、甘草、防风,通过益气达到"正气存内,邪不可干"的目的。在对COVID-19治疗中,则大多采用麻杏石甘汤加减、宣白承气汤加减,主要使用的中药为杏仁、麻黄、甘草、生石膏、藿香,邪已入内,此时用药以"祛邪外出"为主,谨守病机,才能取得满意疗效。在预防与治疗中所用中药多为常用药,甚少名贵中药、罕见中药,在发挥较好疗效的同时保证了中药价廉、方便的特点。因此在COVID-19疫情防控中,中医药能更好地发挥优势,成为治疗的主力。

By summarizing the Chinese medicine prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of corona virus disease 2019( COVID-19) announced by the provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China,it was found that Yupingfeng Powder was mostly used in various regions in China to prevent and treat COVID-19. The main Chinese medicines used were Jinyinhua( Flos Lonicerae),Huangqi( Astragalus mongholicus),Huoxiang( Agastache rugosus),Gancao( Radix Glycyrrhizae) and Fangfeng( Saposhnikovia divaricata). The purpose of " the existence of vital qi in the interior keeping the pathogenic factor from invading" was achieved through benefiting qi. In the treatment of COVID-19,modfied Maxing Shigan Decoction and Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction were mostly used. The main Chinese medicines used were Xingren( Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Mahuang( Herba Ephedrae),Gancao( Radix Glycyrrhizae),Shengshigao( raw gypsum),Huoxiang( Agastache rugosus). Pathogenic qi has already entered,and at this time,the medication should be based on " removing the pathogenic qi". Only by observing the pathogenesis can we obtain satisfactory results. In the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine,most of them are commonly used,few are precious and rare. Therefore,in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation,Chinese medicine can better play its advantages and become the main treatment.
