Research on the Capabilities of New Generation Command and Dispatch Architecture for Public Security

文中针对目前公安指挥调度体系中遇到的痛点难点问题,以及实战中的迫切需求,结合新技术的趋势牵引以及国内外本领域发展的新形势,对未来新一代公安指挥调度体系应具有的能力进行研究和探索,围绕智能化、可视化、扁平化、一体化等能力,展开阐述其业务及技术实现路径,力求实现精准、快速、高效的指挥调度。

Under the trend of new technology and the new situation,to deal with the difficult problems and urgent needs during the command and dispatch process of current public security,this paper try to explore the capabilities of the new generation of public security command and dispatch system that should be in the future.This paper introduces such capabilities:intelligence,visualization,flattening,and integration.With these capabilities,it is feasible to build an accurate,fast,efficient command and dispatch architecture for public security.
