基于WOS的生态语言学研究知识图谱分析 被引量:8

An WOS-Based Analysis of Mapping Knowledge Domain of Ecolinguistics

摘要 文章以Web of Science引文索引数据库为研究语料,借助计量分析软件CiteSpace和VOS Viewer的可视化技术,对1979-2019年间国际生态语言学研究相关文献进行可视化分析。研究发现:①近10年来国际生态语言学研究呈现显著增长趋势,研究热度持续攀升,学科领域呈现多样化;②新兴话题不断涌出,研究主题主要包括语言复杂性、语言的宏观生态因素、社会性、语言景观等;③研究热点主要集中在生态学、语言多样性、语言生态学、生物多样性等;④研究者主要来自美国、英国、俄罗斯和澳大利亚;具有高影响力的学者是Crystal、Pennycook、Haugen、Halliday等。希望本文能为今后国内生态语言学的深入研究提供参考。 Ecolinguistics is an interdisciplinary and interactive field of study in which the natural sciences and humanities interrelate.It is a new branch of linguistics developed in recent decades and its main task is to reveal the interaction between language and environment by studying the ecological factors of language and the relationship between language and ecology.This study set out to conduct a dynamic visual knowledge mapping analysis of literature on Ecolinguistics with the help of bibliometric analysis softwares,CiteSpace and VOS Viewer.The data was collected from the WOS Core Collection-Citation Index database from 1979 to 2019,and 468 articles were generated for further analysis.The article presented a whole skeleton of international literature on Ecolinguistics in six dimensions.The number of the yearly article volume showed that the research on Ecolinguistics has been on the increase overall in the past 10 years or so,indicating that this filed has gained great attention internationally.The discipline distribution and journal co-citation displayed a diversified feature,showing that emerging topics related to Ecolinguistics continue to emerge and the discipline field has been expanded.Through visualizing the network of keywords co-occurrence,reference co-citation and author co-citation,and calculating the related values of different clusters,the new research themes could be summarized,including linguistic complexity,macro-ecological factor,social network,social culture,traditional knowledge,linguistic landscape,language vitality,minority language,political discourse and future horizon.The research front hotspots mainly focused on ecology,linguistic diversity,language ecology,linguistic ecology,biodiversity,language policy,discourse analysis,endangered language,distributed language,ecological approach,etc.The article also listed a series of important and highly influential literature on Ecolinguistics during different periods.Through mapping the cooperation network among author,institution and country,it concluded that most of the researchers are from the United States,England,Russia and Australia;among the five clusters in the country cooperation network,the largest cluster was centered on the United States,other members include Australia,Denmark,Spain,Norway and China.The second cluster was the UK-centric cooperation network,including Canada,Belgium and South Africa.The third was centered on Germany,and the main members are Russia,Italy,Netherlands and Switzerland.Direct academic cooperation between Australia and France,Brazil and New Zealand could also be mapped visually.Crystal and Pennycook were the leading figures in Ecolinguistics.Scholars with great influence and important research achievements in the discipline were Haugen,Halliday,Bourdieu,Cowley,Steffensen,Muhlhausler,Mufwene,Van Lier,Bateson,Gibson,Blommaert and Fishman,and so on.The largest cooperative cluster mainly includes University of Auckland,University of Toronto and University of Florida.It was followed by Australian National University and University of New South Wales.The top three co-authors are Cowley,Kulikova and Nash.Knowledge graph showed that there were academic exchanges between Hidayati and Franco,Nerlich and Koteyko,Brusenskaya and Kulikova.These findings may shed light on future research on Ecolinguistics.
