为促进我国城市的可持续发展,有效缓解水资源问题,不少专家提出要在城市规划中重视雨洪管理系统。如今,该提议仍在规划,还未有具体的实施方案,因此,论文基于“海绵城市”的城市规划方案进行了深入的研究。

In order to promote the sustainable development of China's cities and effectively alleviate the problem of water resources,many experts have proposed to attach importance to stormwater management system in urban planning.At present,the proposal is still in the planning,there is no specific implementation plan,therefore,the paper based on the urban planning of"sponge city"for in-depth research.
