随着我国房地产事业的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提升,人们对电梯的需求量越来越大。传统的生产管理模式已经很难适应当前电梯行业的发展趋势。论文主要对电梯的生产管理体系展开研究,提出了更合理的生产管理模式,为形成一个科学的管理体系提供理论支撑,以期推动电梯行业的改革、创新和发展。

With the continuous development of China's real estate industry and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for elevators is growing.The traditional production management mode has been difficult to adapt to the current development trend of the elevator industry.This paper mainly studies the production management system of elevator,puts forward a more reasonable production management mode,provides theoretical support for the formation of a scientific management system,so as to promote the reform,innovation and development of the elevator industry.
