浅谈企业行政领导履行“一岗双责”存在的问题及对策

Discussion on the Problems Existing in the Performance of"a Pair of Responsibilities"by Administrative Leaders in Enterprises and the Countermeasures

对于国有企业而言,落实从严治党要求责无旁贷,尤其是在全面从严治党的背景下,更是需要国有企业行政领导履行“一岗双责”制度,积极营造干事创业、风清气正的良好环境。论文从四个方面对企业行政领导履行“一岗双责”存在的问题展开了分析,并提出了解决的对策。

As for the state-owned enterprises,it is their duty-bound to implement the requirements of strict governance of the Party,especially in the context of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,it's also necessary for the administrative leaders of state-owned enterprises to perform the"a pair of responsibilities"system,and actively create a good environment for doing things,starting a business and being honesty and justice.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance of"a pair of responsibilities"by administrative leaders from four aspects,and puts forward countermeasures.
