摘要
我国经济发展进入了新阶段,这为各行各业提供了源源不断的生机和意想不到的挑战。人力资源管理工作是企业运转的重头戏,再大的企业也是由各级员工组成,优秀的人力资源管理会带给企业事半功倍的运转效果。现阶段,我国纸媒行业竞争激烈,如何保持报业集团人力资源管理工作的活力与稳定性,振兴报业发展,关键不仅在于管理者的实力与经营手段,还在于企业内部的思想政治教育工作开展是否到位。论文从报业传媒集团的人力资源管理工作入手,着重分析人才的引进与培养工作,从源头探讨报业集团开展思想政治教育工作的方式方法。
China's economic development has entered a new stage,which provides a steady stream of vitality and unexpected challenges for all walks of life.Human resources management work is the most important part of the operation of an enterprise.No matter how big an enterprise is,it is also composed of employees at all levels.The excellent human resources management will bring the operation effect of twice the result with half the effort.At present,the paper media industry in China is in fierce competition.How to maintain the vitality and stability of the human resources management work of the newspaper group and promote the development of the newspaper industry,the key lies not only in the strength and management means of the managers,but also in whether the ideological and political education work within the enterprise is in place.This paper starts with the human resources management work of the newspaper media group,emphatically analyzes the introduction and training work of talents,and discusses the ways and methods of carrying out ideological and political education work in the newspaper group from the source.
