At present,China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities,which puts forward higher requirements for democratic management work of enterprises.Democratic management is an important way for employees to participate in enterprise management,and strengthening democratic management is the inevitable trend of modern enterprise development.Starting from the current situation of democratic management of enterprises,this paper discusses the role of trade union organizations in democratic management of enterprises,and explores new ways of democratic management of enterprises.
