高性能转向架用钢动态CCT曲线及组织研究 被引量:3

摘要 为优化新型高性能转向架用钢的热处理工艺提供理论依据,采用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机测定了高性能转向架用钢在不同冷却速度下的膨胀曲线,结合金相-硬度法绘制出该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)。分析了在不同冷却速度连续冷却时的组织转变,剖析了冷却速度与组织及硬度的关系。依据测得的CCT曲线,确定高性能转向架用钢的正火温度范围在A C3(865℃)以上30~50℃,且冷却速度在1.0~2.0℃/s时,可获得细小均匀的层片状珠光体。 In order to design a heat treatment process for high-performance steel of the bogie,the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator was used to measure the expansion curve of high performance bogie steel at different cooling rates.The CCT diagram of the high peformance steel was determined by using thermal dilation measurement,microstructure observation and hardness measurement.The variation of microstructure at different cooling rates was analyzed,and the relationship of cooling rate,microstructure and hardness was analyzed.According to CCT diagram obtained above.The fine uniform pearlite can be obtained under the normalizing temperature from 30 to 50℃above A C3(865℃)and with the cooling rate from 1.0 to 2.0℃/s.
