摘要
交流伺服电机在新能源、航空航天和家用电器领域应用广泛,转子位置信息和转速的获取是伺服驱动系统的关键所在。鉴于光电编码器和磁编码器大体积、高成本的弊端,以及无位置传感器技术的局限性,霍尔位置传感器驱动型交流伺服电机驱动技术成为该领域的研究热点。介绍了基于霍尔位置信号的高分辨率转子位置预估方法;从稳定性和可靠性角度出发,分析了霍尔传感器安装位置偏差及其偏差补偿技术、霍尔位置传感器故障在线诊断和容错控制策略。最后,总结了霍尔传感器驱动型交流伺服系统待解决技术问题。
AC servo motors are widely used in fields of new energy,aerospace and household appliances.Acquisition of rotor position information and speed is the key of servo drive system.In view of the large size and high cost of photoelectric encoder and magnetic encoder,and limitations of the position sensorless control technology,driving technology of Hall position sensor driven AC servo motor has become a hot research topic in this field.The performance characteristics of Hall sensor driven servo motor and the estimation method of high-solution rotor position based on Hall position signal were introduced.Misalignment of Hall sensors and compensation technology of position signal error,online diagnosis of Hall sensor faults and faults tolerant control strategy were analyzed from stability and reliability.Finally,problems to be solved of Hall sensor driven AC servo system are summarized.
