清热凉血方对急性放射性肠炎大鼠一般状况及MDA、SOD表达的影响 被引量:13

摘要 探讨清热凉血方对急性放射性肠炎大鼠血清SOD、MDA表达及一般情况的影响。方法:60只SD健康大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、对照组、中药灌胃组、中药灌肠组、中药灌胃和灌肠组,X线直线加速器给予实验大鼠全腹照射(DT12.0 Gy),建立急性放射性肠炎大鼠模型。造模成功后,所有大鼠均给予相应治疗4周,隔日1次,与此同时观察比较所有大鼠的精神状态、饮食摄入量、排便和体质量变化,4周后处死动物检测大鼠血液中SOD和MDA的表达。结果:药物治疗组的精神状态、饮食和排便情况均优于模型对照组。与模型对照组比较,治疗组体质量明显增加,清热凉血方三组优于地塞米松组;与模型对照组比较,清热凉血方组血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,清热凉血方三组优于地塞米松组。结论:清热凉血方通过提高急性放射性肠炎大鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量,清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化,减少结肠黏膜损伤。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingre Liangxue recipe decoction on the expression and general situation of serum SOD and MDA in rats with acute radiation enteritis.Methods:60 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,control group,traditional Chinese medicine perfusion group,traditional Chinese medicine enema group,traditional Chinese medicine gavage and enema group.The rat model of acute radiation enteritis was established by total abdominal irradiation(DT12.0 Gy)with X-ray linear accelerator.After the successful establishment of the model,all rats were treated with corresponding treatment for 4 weeks,once every other day.At the same time,the changes of mental state,dietary intake,defecation and body weight of all rats were observed and compared.Four weeks later,the animals were killed and the expression of SOD and MDA in the blood of rats was detected.Results:The mental state,diet and defecation of the drug treatment group were better than those of the model control group.Compared with the model control group,the body weight of the administration group was significantly increased,and the three groups of Qingre Liangxue recipe were superior to the dexamethasone group.Compared with the model control group,the serum SOD activity increased,MDA content decreased in the Qingre Liangxue recipe group,and the Qingre Liangxue recipe group was superior to the dexamethasone group.Conclusion:Qingre Liangxue recipe can increase the activity of SOD in serum,decrease the content of MDA,eliminate oxygen free radicals,inhibit lipid peroxidation and reduce colonic mucosal injury in rats with acute radiation enteritis.
