Discussion on The Principle of Prescription System of WANG Hao-gu's Gynecological Liuhe Decoction Series

目的:对王好古妇科六合汤系列方制方原理进行探讨。方法:深入进行文献研究,结合现代药理学研究进展,分析整理王好古妇科六合汤系列方的制方原理。结果:完成妇科六合汤系列方中部分方剂的中医药传统理论分析和中药药理分析,发现王好古以四物汤整体作为君药在方中起主导作用,臣佐之药随证而加味,此为妇科六合汤系列方的基本制方原理,其现代药理与传统功效具有相关性。结论:在一定程度上能够运用现代理论对妇科六合汤系列方组方原理进行解释,初步验证其制方原理的合理性和科学性,并提示传统中医药理论与现代药理学的关联性。

Objective:To discuss the principles of the prescription system of WANG Hao-gu's Liuhe Decoction series.Methods:Based on in-depth literature research,combined with the progress of modern pharmacology,and the principle of WANG Hao-gu's Liuhe Decoction for Gynecology was analyzed.Results:Completed the traditional Chinese medicine theory analysis of some prescriptions of gynecology Liuhe Decoction series,It was found that WANG Hao-gu took Siwu Decoction as the king's medicine,which played a leading role in the prescription,and the medicine of Chen Zuo was added with the syndrome,which was the basic principle of the prescription series of gynecology Liuhe decoction,and found that the modern pharmacology of prescriptions and traditional efficacy were related.Conclusion:To a certain extent,modern theory can be used to explain the principle of the series of prescriptions of the Liuhe Decoction of Gynecology,and preliminarily verify the rationality and scientificity of its formulation principle,and prompt the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology.
