摘要
目的:采用现代色泽分析技术完善百合质量评价方法。方法:在人眼观察的传统色泽基础上用色差仪对色泽进行客观量化,烘干法测定水分,炽灼法测定总灰分,以水为溶剂的冷浸法测定浸出物,蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖,对色差值△E与水分、总灰分、浸出物、多糖测定结果,浸出物与多糖进行统计学分析,确定色差值与质量评价各个指标之间的相关程度。结果:△E值与水分之间的相关性不显著,与总灰分呈极显著正相关,与浸出物和多糖含量均呈极显著负相关,浸出物与多糖含量呈极显著正相关。结论:传统鉴别中的色泽描述可以通过色差仪的测定值进行客观量化,△E值与总灰分、浸出物、多糖之间的相关性为百合质量评价提供了科学依据,建议将△E值"不得高于18"增加为百合药材快检时的限量指标。
Objective: To improve the quality evaluation method of Lilii Bulbus by modern color analysis technology. Methods: The color was objectively described by colorimeter on the traditional foundation of observation by human eye, the moisture content was determined by an oven drying method, the total ash content was determined by a burning method, and the extract content was determined by cold-immersion with water as solvent, and the polysaccharide content was determined by anthranone-sulfuric acid method. The correlation analysis of color value and the contents of moisture, total ash, extract, and polysaccharide, and of extract and polysaccharide were established by a SPSS software, respectively. Results: There are no significant correlation between △E value and moisture content, but a significant positively correlation between △E value and the total ash and between the extract and polysaccharide, and a significant negatively correlation between △E value and the extract and polysaccharides. Conclusion: The traditional subjective color description can be quantified objectively by a colorimeter. The correlations between the color value and the contents of total ash, extract, and polysaccharide can provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of Lilii Bulbus. It is suggested that △E value was "not more than 18" can be added as a control index of Lilii Bulbus in market fast inspection.
