薛鸾运用解毒通络生津法治疗干燥综合征经验

XUE Luan‘S Experience in Treating Sj Gren’S Syndrome with Jiedu Tongluo Shengjin Method

干燥综合征作为一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,中医界对其中医病机的认识各家不一。薛鸾教授认为本病的中医病机关键在于燥毒内犯致气血同病,终致虚、瘀、毒三者胶结为患。基于对本病病机的认识,提出以解毒、通路、生津三法并举的治疗思想,并认为在此三法中解毒以祛其标、通络以使邪无所附、生津以固其本。临床实践中以此治疗思想为法则,灵活运用解毒、通路、生津三法,实践证明本法在改善患者症状及实验室检查方面均有较好的疗效。本文通过剖析薛鸾教授运用解毒通络生津法治疗干燥综合征之理论及实践,旨在总结学习其治疗本病的思想及个人经验,发掘中医治疗本病之特色,为今后临床治疗本病提供理论依据及实践经验,以期为中医在治疗慢性自身免疫性疾病方面有所贡献。

As a chronic autoimmune disease,Sj gren's syndrome has different understandings of the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine.Professor XUE Luan believes that the key to the pathogenesis of TCM is that it is dry and poisonous,causing both disorter of Qi and blood.Deficiency,phlegm,and poison are all caused by cementation.Based on the understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease,Professor XUE Luan proposed the treatment thoughts of detoxification,dredging the channel,and producing the fluid,and believed that in the three methods,the detoxification should be used to detoxify the body and the network to make the evils unattached.In clinical practice,this treatment idea is the rule,and the three methods of detoxification,dredging the channel,and producing the fluid are used flexibly.The practice has proved that this method has better curative effect in improving patients'symptoms and laboratory examination.This paper analyzes the theory and practice of Professor XUE Luan's application of Jiedu Tongluo Shengjin method in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome.It aims to summarize and learn Professor XUE Luan's treatment thoughts and personal experience in treating this disease,and to explore the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease for future clinical treatment.The disease provides theoretical basis and practical experience,in order to contribute to the treatment of chronic autoimmune diseases.
