摘要
均衡的物流体系是连接顾客端(C端)与制造端(M端)的有效载体。当前,C端与M端需要通过均衡的物流体系以实现合理的"短链式"快速连接方式。本文利用物流均衡理论,以工作流改进率为基础,给出了物流均衡度的概念,构建了物流均衡度测度模型。在模型构建中,本文将物流均衡理论中的时间、空间、数量、结构四要素设为均衡约束目标,以工作流流量改进率和工作流流速改进率为影响均衡的主要因素,分析了每个均衡要素所对应的流量和流速的相对重要程度,以获得物流体系的竞争优势。最后,通过一个案例阐述了模型的具体应用,这一研究完善和丰富了物流均衡理论,也可以为物流均衡度测度模型的拓展提供支持和应用参考。
The balanced logistics system is an effective carrier to connect the customer end(C end)and the manufacturing end(M end).At present,C end and M end need to realize a reasonable"short chain"fast connection mode through the balanced logistics system.This paper uses the theory of logistics equilibrium,based on the improvement rate of workflow,gives the concept of logistics equilibrium degree,and finally constructs the measurement model of logistics equilibrium degree.In the model construction,this paper sets the time,space,quantity and structure of the logistics equilibrium theory as the equilibrium constraint goal,takes the workflow volume improvement and workflow velocity improvement as the main factors affecting the equilibrium,and analyzes the relative importance of the flow volume and velocity corresponding to each equilibrium element,so as to obtain the competitive advantage of the logistics system.Finally,a case is given to illustrate the application of the model.This can not only improve and enrich the theory of logistics equilibrium,but also provide support and application reference for the expansion of measurement model of logistics equilibrium.
