中国缺陷汽车召回对汽车销量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 伴随着中国汽车产销量的迅猛扩张,汽车质量问题愈发受到社会的关注。监管汽车质量、维护消费者权益的手段之一是实施缺陷汽车召回制度。从2004年实施该制度以来,汽车召回数量、次数不断增长,但是对于汽车召回制度的效果缺乏客观的衡量与判定。本文构建了2006-2015年十八家典型制造商的静态与动态面板模型,进行实证研究发现:缺陷汽车召回率与销量增长率之间存在较为显著的负相关关系,企业产值、营业收入、资产增长率以及售后服务满意度对汽车销量具有正向影响,新车质量指数、汽车可靠性指数对汽车销量增长具有负向影响。最后从强化执行、降低召回成本等方面提出了改进监管绩效的建议。 With the rapid expansion of China's automobile production and sales,the problem of automobile quality has attracted more and more attention from the society.One of the ways to regulate automobile quality and protect consumers'rights and interests is the regulations on recalls of defective automobile products.Since China implemented the system in 2004,the number and frequency of recall have been increasing,but there is no objective measurement and judgement on the effect of the automobile recall system.This paper built a static and dynamic panel model about 18 typical manufacturers from 2006 to 2015.The empirical study found that there is a significant negative correlation between the recall ratio of defective automobile and the growth rate of sales volume,the output value,operating income,asset growth rate and after-sales service satisfaction of enterprises have a positive impact on automobile sales volume,and the new car quality index and automobile reliability index have a negative impact on the growth of automobile sales volume.Finally,the paper put forward some suggestions to improve the regulatory performance from the aspects of strengthening the implementation and reducing the recall cost.
