基于物联网技术的远程中医诊疗系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Remote TCM Diagnosis and Treatment System Based on Internet of Things

基于物联网技术,设计开发了远程中医诊疗系统。硬件部分通过51单片机、体温传感器、脉搏传感器、血氧传感器、ESP8266传感器等搭建病患体征数据采集平台。软件部分采用My SQL结合Java开发诊疗系统Web端,除了具有对体检信息、诊疗记录、就诊报告的添加、删除、修改及查询功能外,还具有中医体质辨别和就诊医生推荐两大特色功能。实践表明,该系统集诊疗数据采集、上传、分析、诊断为一体,实现了医生和患者实时有效的线上沟通,对目前中医院知名老中医现有的诊断模式产生了积极的影响。

Based on the Internet of things,a remote TCM diagnosis and treatment system is designed and developed.In the hardware part,51 microcontroller,temperature sensor,pulse sensor,blood oxygen sensor,ESP8266 sensor and other sensors were used to build the patient signs data acquisition platform.In the software part,My SQL is combined with Java to develop the diagnosis and treatment system Web terminal.In addition to the functions of adding,deleting,modifying and inquiring the physical examination information,diagnosis and treatment records and medical treatment reports,it also has two major characteristic functions of TCM constitution discrimination and doctor recommendation.Practice shows that the system integrates diagnosis and treatment data collection,upload,analysis and diagnosis,and realizes real-time and effective online communication between doctors and patients,which has a positive impact on the existing diagnosis model of famous old Chinese doctors in traditional Chinese hospitals.
