落叶松栲胶媒染兔毛皮的研究

Study on Mordant Dyeing Rabbit Fur by Larch Extract

以硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂探究落叶松栲胶对兔毛皮染色的影响,实验结果表明,经过预处理后媒染,兔毛皮拥有更好的染色性能。通过正交实验得到最优预处理工艺为:双氧水40 mL/L、甲酸60 mL/L、温度55℃、时间60 min。通过单因素实验得到媒染法的最优工艺为:硫酸亚铁浓度45 g/L、媒染温度55℃、媒染时间75 min、媒染pH值4.0。

The effect of larch extract on rabbit fur dyeing was investigated using ferrous sulfate as a mordant.The experimental results showed that after the pretreatment of mordant,rabbit fur had better dyeing performance.The optimal pretreatment process obtained through orthogonal experiments were:hydrogen peroxide 40 mL/L,formic acid 60 mL/L,temperature 55℃,time 60 min.The best process of mordant method obtained by single factor experiment were as follows:ferrous sulfate concentration 45 g/L,mordant temperature 55℃,mordant time 75 min,mordant pH4.0.
