摘要
建立高效液相色谱法,以产于广东肇庆的广藿香药材中的两种水溶性成分(香草酸,原儿茶酸)为对象,并对两种水溶性成分的含量进行测定。广藿香两种水溶性成分的R2均大于0.9990,测定的含量分别为0.001572、0.000485mg·g-1。实验仪器以及选取的方法测得结果良好,为广藿香质量标准的评价提供了有利依据。
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established to determine the content of two water-soluble components(vanilla acid,original catechin)in patchouli herb produced in Zhaoqing,Guangdong province.The R2 of the two water-soluble components of patchouli is greater than 0.9990,and the measured content is 0.001572 and 0.000485mg·g-1,respectively.The experimental instrument and the selected method have good results,which provides a favorable basis for the evaluation of patchouli quality standards.
