延胡索的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

延胡索作为传统药材,应用十分广泛。延胡索所含有的多种化学成分分别在中枢神经系统、消化系统、心血管系统及垂体肾上腺皮质系统均产生积极影响,发挥镇静、抗焦虑、催眠、镇痛、抗心律失常、抗溃疡、抗心肌缺血等功效,同时亦可起到较好的抗肿瘤、治疗妇科病等作用,且以延胡索乙素作用最为广泛且效力更强,而延胡索总碱、去氢延胡索甲素及左旋延胡索乙素等亦发挥了积极地作用。故对延胡索的化学成分与药理作用研究进展进行总结与综述,为更进一步探索延胡索的药用前景提供科学依据。

Corydalis yanhusuo is widely used as traditional medicine.Corydalis yanhusuo many kinds of chemical components,respectively,in the central nervous system,digestive system,cardiovascular system and pituitary adrenal cortical systems have a positive impact,play calm,anti-anxiety,hypnosis,analgesia,anti-arrhythmic,fight ulcer,against myocardial ischemia etc,at the same time can also have good antitumor effect,and tetrahydropalmatine effect is the most widespread and stronger,and rhizoma corydalis total alkali,hydrogen fumaric sogyal element and sinistral tetrahydropalmatine also played a positive role.Therefore,the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological action of rhizoma corydalis was summarized and summarized,which provided scientific basis for further exploring the medical prospect of rhizoma corydalis.
