摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测后对其广藿香加入厚朴两种水溶性成分香草酸和原儿茶酸的含量影响。采用蒸馏水为溶剂的加热回流法进行提取,广藿香与厚朴配伍后原儿茶酸含量是配伍前的1.6倍,香草酸含量升高明显,配伍后香草酸含量约是配伍前的15.9倍。采用HPLC法对广藿香加入厚朴前后的两种水溶性成分(香草酸,原儿茶素酸)进行测定,该方法科学易行、操作简单、结果准确。
The effect of adding high-performance liquid chromatography on the content of vanillic acid and Protocatechuic acid in the two water-soluble components of magnolia officinalis was established.The extract was extracted by distilled water as the solvent.The content of protocatechuic acid in the combination of patchouli and magnolia was 1.6 times that before the compatibility,and the content of vanillic acid was obviously increased.The content of vanillic acid after compatibility was about 15.9 times that before the compatibility.HPLC method was applied to the determination of two water-soluble components(vanillic acid,protocatechuic acid)before and after adding Magnolia sinensis.The method was scientific,easy to operate and accurate.
