摘要
污水处理是提高水的循环利用率,使净化水能顺利注入地层,并延长注水系统寿命,符合油层渗透率,对污水水质标准进行提升[1,2]。目前,某联合站污水处理工艺不完善、出水水质标准较低,提高污水水质成为某联合站亟待解决的关键问题。提升污水外输水质满足油藏指标的需求及取得较好的驱油效果,对某联合站污水加药点流程进行改造,对采出水回注方案进行设计研究,使处理后水质满足某联合站所辖大部分油井的注水水质要求,从而保证污水站平稳、高效地运行,使水质达标得以长期保证,以提高开发效益[3]。
Sewage treatment is an important measure to improve the recycling efficiency of water.The important measure to save water resources is to make the purified water into the formation smoothly,prolong the life of the water injection system,accord with the permeability of the reservoir,and improve the standard of sewage quality.At present,the sewage treatment process of Combined Station is not perfect and the effluent quality standard is low.Improving the sewage quality has become the key problem to be solved urgently.Improving the water quality of sewage transportation to meet the needs of reservoir index and achieving good oil displacement effect,reforming the sewage charge point process of Combined Station,designing and studying the reinjection scheme of produced water,so that the treated water quality can meet the water injection quality requirements of most of the oil wells under the jurisdiction of joint station,so as to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the sewage station,In order to improve the development efficiency,the water quality can be guaranteed to meet the standard for a long time.
