摘要
以PF102为循环冷却系统中碳钢缓蚀剂,利用腐蚀失重、电化学及微观形貌观察等方法研究了3种杀菌剂对缓蚀剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:杀菌剂SW303对缓蚀剂性能影响较小。杀菌剂SW310和杀菌剂SW301使碳钢腐蚀速率由0.0392mm·a^-1增大到0.2562mm·a^-1和0.1295mm·a^-1,原有碳钢表面膜也出现龟裂及部分区域脱落的现象。电化学阻抗显示两种杀菌剂对碳钢表面的腐蚀过程具有明显的促进作用,电荷传质电阻显著减小,降低了碳钢的耐蚀性。即杀菌剂SW310和杀菌剂SW301对缓蚀剂的性能产生了较大的影响。
Surface prefilm of carbon steel was obtained by polymaleic anhydride as PF102.The effect of three bactericides on the performance of corrosion inhibitors was studied by means of rotating plate method,electrochemistry and microstructure observation.The results show that bactericide SW303 had little effect on the performance of corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion rate of carbon steel increased from 0.0392mm·a-1 to 0.1295mm·a-1 and 0.2562mm·a-1 by uesd bactericide SW310 and bactericide SW301.The surface film of carbon steel was cracked and fell off on some areas.The two bactericides had influence on the performance of the corrosion inhibitor.Based on electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy,the corrosion of carbon steel surface could be effectively promoted by the bactericides,as indicated by substantial decreases in electron-transfer resistance.The performance of the corrosion inhibitor PF102 was affected by bactericide SW310 and bactericide SW301.The corrosion resistance of carbon steel was improved effectively.
