摘要
以廉价的铬矿石为原料代替铬铁合金进行熔融还原冶炼不锈钢冶炼越来越受到关注,该工艺可明显降低生产成本。之前的研究中已经对丙烷燃烧喷粉过程的喷枪结构进行了相关的数模研究。对丙烷燃烧喷粉过程火焰及气流进行实验探索,搭建了丙烷燃烧火焰喷粉实验平台,利用丙烷燃烧加热铬矿粉研究各因素对喷射火焰气流的影响。实验结果表明:在相同丙烷流量下,火焰长度与氧流量成反比,氧流量越大,火焰长度越短;在相同的氧流量和丙烷流量下,加粉比不加粉时火焰长度要长,喷粉时燃烧丙烷更有利于加热熔池表面。
The use of cheap chromium ore as a raw meterial instead of forrochrome for smelting reduction smelting of stainless stell has attracted more and more attention,which can significantly reduce production cost.Relevant numerical simulation studies on the gun structure of propane combustion powder injection process had been carried out in previous studies.In this paper,the process of propane combution and gas flow were studied and on experimant platform of propare combution and flame powder injection was estoblished.The influence of various factors on je flame gas flow was studied by heating chorme are powerd with propare combution.The experimental results showed that the flame length is inversely proportional to the oxygen flow rate on the conditon of the same propane flow rate,the larger the oxygen flow rate,the shorter the flame length;on the same oxygen flow rate and propane flow rate,the flame length is longer when the powder is added when the powder is not added,and propane combustion is more conducive to heating the surface of the molten pool.
