摘要
某发电厂125 MW机组SG-420/13.7-M759型锅炉采用燃烧器改造,通过安装下三次风燃烧器、卫燃带形状和面积调整、提高磨煤机和给粉机出力等设备改进措施,并经过燃烧优化调整试验,成功解决了锅炉存在的煤耗高、结焦严重、带负荷能力不足问题,可以为其他同类锅炉设备改进提供有益的参考。
A power plant 125 MW SG-420/13.7-M759 retrofit type boiler burner,by installing the three wind burners,burner band shape and area of feeding machine adjustment improving the miller’s and output equipment improvement measures.Together with combustion adjustment,problems such as high coal consumption,seriously coking,insufficient load capacity of boiler are successfully resolved.The results can be reoffered by the same boilers with similar problems.
